Who we are

Ebb is made by OnRecord Limited (NZBN 9429054001206), with its registered office at 650 Pukehina Parade, RD 9, Pukehina 3189, New Zealand. Contact: support@ebbhealth.app.

The app license

Your use of the Ebb app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ [Keep the App Store Connect license agreement on Apple’s standard EULA, unless legal review advises a custom one.]

Subscription

Ebb is a paid subscription: US$6.99 a month or US$49.99 a year, billed to your Apple ID, with a 1-month free trial on both plans for new subscribers. There’s no free tier and no lifetime option. After the trial, logging, Today, Insights, Reports and Labs need an active subscription. Without one, you can still open the app, view your existing logs and use Settings. We never delete your data or hold it back. Prices are set for each App Store country or region and shown in local currency, including any taxes, before you buy. Local prices may vary.

The trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel in Ebb (Settings > Manage subscription) or on your iPhone (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Ebb). You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Full details are on the Pricing page [link].

EU and UK cancellation

If you live in the EU or UK, you may have a right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because Ebb is sold through the App Store, Apple handles withdrawal under its own terms. [Legal review: confirm the wording for subscriptions after a free trial, and whether you can rely on Apple’s process.]

Not medical advice

Ebb helps you record and organize what you notice, and share it if you choose. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, it doesn’t give medical advice or interpret test results, and it isn’t intended to be used as a medical device. Always check with your doctor before making medical decisions. See the Health and medical disclaimer [link].

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded. That includes, for example, the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the consumer law of your EU country. [Legal review]

Age

Ebb is for people aged 18 and over.
