Ebb for iPhone

Every symptom counts here.

A calm, private place to track perimenopause and menopause, log in seconds, and bring a clear report to your doctor.

Menopause is far more than hot flashes.

Researchers have mapped 72 signs and symptoms linked to menopause. Hot flashes and brain fog are only the start.*

Every woman reaches this stage, yet so little of it gets said out loud. Itchy skin, sore gums, aching joints, trouble concentrating, night sweats: any of them can be part of it, and no two women have quite the same mix. If something has felt off and no one connected the dots, you’re not imagining it.

Ebb is for every woman at this pivotal stage, whatever yours looks like. Log what’s real for you, and see it clearly.

See how you’ve been.

Gentle charts and plain-language readings, based on what you’ve logged.

Share when you’re ready.

A 3-page report for your doctor, made on your phone and sent only by you.

Today opens with a soft sky and a hello. Four circles show Mood, Flashes, Sleep and HRT compared with last week, and a plus sign always means a better direction. So fewer hot flashes shows as a plus.

Quick Log tiles note how you feel, a symptom, your HRT or your cycle in one tap. Pin the cards that matter to you, like Top symptoms or Next appointment, each with a small chart and a simple comparison such as “+50% vs last week”. Arrange them your way.

Today

A calm start to every day.

Your week at a glance, without the noise.

Log

Say it your way.

Words for how you feel, never a score.

Choose how the day felt: Good day, Fairly good, Up and down, Tougher or Rough day. Add symptoms by body area and mark each None, Mild, Moderate or Severe. Flag anything you want to raise “for my doctor”.

Track Cycle, HRT and supplements, jot a note, add a question for your next appointment, or flag a whole day. Choose which symptoms you track, search for more or add your own. Missed a day? Log it later. There are no streaks to keep.

Insights

See how you’ve been.

Clear charts, plain words, no judgment.

Insights gathers what you’ve logged into simple views: mood, hot flashes, sleep, top symptoms, HRT, cycle and your next appointment. Each has a short, plain-language reading of your own entries, like how many hot flashes you logged this week compared with last.

Ebb describes what you’ve logged. It doesn’t diagnose, predict or decide what caused what. When there isn’t much to show yet, it simply says so.

Doctor report

Walk in with the whole picture.

A clear 3-page summary, made for a short appointment.

Choose the last 30, 60 or 90 days, in US Letter or A4. Page 1 shows your profile, an “At a glance” summary of days logged, good days, hot flashes and night sweats, and your top symptoms with severity and trend. Page 2 covers hot flashes and night sweats by week, how your days felt, your cycle, and HRT and supplement adherence. Page 3 holds your questions, notes and flagged days, with space for appointment notes.

Preview every page, then share or save the PDF. It leaves your phone only when you send it.

Symptoms

72 symptoms. All of them real.

Where Ebb’s symptom list comes from.

Ebb’s symptom list is drawn from published research that brought six validated menopause checklists together and mapped them to a standard list of 72 signs and symptoms (Austin et al., CIN: Computers, Informatics, Nursing, 2025). We rewrote the clinical terms in plain language and grouped them by body area.

Track the ones that matter to you, or add your own. If you stop tracking one, your past entries stay. Because if it’s happening to you, it belongs in the record.

Ebb is for anyone who's ever thought
“is this me, or is this menopause?”

Perimenopause, menopause and after.

Perimenopause: when your cycle starts changing and things feel off, often years before anyone says the word menopause.

Menopause: when periods have stopped and you want to keep a gentle eye on how you’re doing.

Postmenopause: symptoms can carry on for years. They still count.

However it arrived, gradually, early or after surgery or treatment, your experience belongs here. You choose your stage. Ebb never decides it for you.
